One Stamp - Two Looks

Just wanted to show you my cute new stamp by Hero Arts, and show you the difference that changes in colors can really make in the look of a card. The first card is my favorite. I like the softer look. I used the same cute "Tweet" pp by Fancy Pants on both cards. You can tell by the pp that the true colors of the cards aren't showing up exactly anyway. Something about my camera. I'm clueless....Oh well, on one card I stamped with a lighter blue chalk ink, and on the second, I stamped with a darker blue Brilliance pigment ink. Of course, as you can see, there are other differences in the cards such as the embellishments, but I think the choice of ink makes the biggest difference. So go and get your inks and a fav stamp and see if you can't come up with some different looks. Let me know if you do. I'd love to see them!

Before I close, I will brag on myself because I added a new gadget to this blog - a slideshow of my lo's, cards, and altered items. The reason I am proud of myself is that I had trouble adding it, and finally got it to work! Yay! But I am disappointed, cause I wanted to have one of those cute slideshows that open like a book. In fact, I have one on here on a post made a year or so ago. Didn't know how to move it to gadgets. Oh well, I'll think about it tomorrow....... lol
